We are so pleased that we chose to do the natal hypnotherapy course with Khim Lee. We had so much fun doing the course! We both feel more confident and calmer about having a natural birth experience (in September when our first child will be born). Bless you Khim!

Just wanted to let you know that I gave birth to a baby boy Called Johnny Charles Thomas a week ago today. He was born a few weeks early at 13.55, weighing 7llbs 3 oz and is absolutely beautiful.
My waters broke at 3am, I spoke to my midwife who advised me to go to whipps to have the baby monitored because he was early.
I had no pain until 7am and listened to my hypno twice over which helped me to remain focused and very very relaxed.
I was then having quite large contractions every 5 mins lasting 30 seconds each during this time I listened to my hypno. it really helped me stay calm and relaxed and focused between contractions and not dread the next contraction.
At 10am the doctor examined me and told me i was not dialated at all. i could not believe it. I was sure I'd dilated at least a few centimetres and I still believe now that I was a few centimetres dilated. One midwife told me I was looking too calm and smiling too much to be in labour, she said she had been doing her job for 20 years and she knew that I would be waiting at least 24 hours before I delivered my baby!
At 11.45 I was moved to a room on a pre natal ward, expecting to be spending the night there with regular but manageable contractions with the aid of my hypno. I was contemplating an epidural so I could get some sleep to give me the strength for a 24 hour labour. Something I really wanted to avoid.
I laid on the bed at 12.00 and listened to my hypno and must have been so relaxed that my husband I fell into a deep sleep for half an hour until 12.50 when a large contraction woke me up. I went then had huge contractions every 2 minutes.
An hour later Johnny was born at 13.55 on the pre natal ward, no gas and air . nothing! Considering the circumstances I felt relaxed and totally in the zone
The hypno was brilliant I firmly believe it kept me relaxed, allowed me to sleep to get some energy and helped me manage the earlier pains so thank you very very much.

Hi Khim,
Specially wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the fantastic course you run.
I am due on the 18th of Feb.but already feel a lot more relaxed using your techniques and listening to your CDs.
Khim is a great teacher. My husband and I really enjoyed the course. If was extremely well delivered and structured with easy to understand explanations. Khim was a wealth of knowledge on any questions we had!
We hope we can apply all the techiniques we have learnt to make the birth of our baby a fun experience!

Thanks to taking Khims invaluable and educational course i'm looking forward to a calm and confident birth due to happen within the next 2/3 weeks. Myself and my husband have learnt some great techniques to use and along with Maggies Cd and Khims sound advise i'm really looking forward to the birth. Something i thought i'd never say! Thanks a million Khim for all your help.
