We really enjoyed the hypnotherapy classes delivered by Khim. Hers is a great balance - calm and supportive for the parents yet she remains direct and impartial with her medical knowledge. Brennan was born on the 27th May by C section as he was a whopping 9lbs and too big for Andrea to deliver. The techniques learned helped through a difficult labour and have kept us relaxed and focused throughout Brennan's first month. Plus, we have found Khim's support invaluable even after the birth. We have and would recommend these classes to anyone hoping to have a controlled and enjoyable birth.

Khim thanks for everything. Had a great birth with no epidural or pain medication. Shocking! Played the cd's all throughout the labour and it really helped to focus on something other than the pain.
So the journey has ended for our new arrival and we have been blessed
with a gift,
our daughter Kendall arrived at 11pm on 14th May 2008. screaming she
was placed into her mothers arms which left Kim speechless (very hard
for some of you to believe but it's true).Kim was fantastic through out her 13 hour labour, needing to use only
a Tens Machine, Gas & Air and a lot of concentration. This from
someone whose pain tolerance is below zero was a complete surprise to
me.

Thanks very much for your sessions at the antenatal course in March. I gave a birth
to a boy at Lilac ward on 10th of May. It was a natural delivery, which we
only hoped for, and the baby weighted 2.7kg then became 3.0kg now with
breastfeeding - which I think is satisfying.

We are so happy to have attended this course with Khim,not only did we meet some lovely people but made some friends too,its so great to be able to talk to other parents who are going through everything you are at the same time, Khim is fabulous, I we feel completely confident about the whole birth process and the pregnancy and what to expect, and much more in control of our own birthing experience.I can't recommend it highly enough! Only 5 days till due date and can't wait now! Thanks a million Khim and see you in September for the massage course!
