We attended the natal hypnotherapy course and were transformed from anxious expectants to excited and confident birth partners. We now have a gorgeous baby boy (Rufus) and enjoyed every minute of the labour and birth. We would adise anyone expecting to take the course and enjoy their experience. The course was simple, friendly and practical. Thanks Khim and Maggie.

We attended the ante natal classes in Nov/Dec 07 and found them very informative and relaxing! The breathing techniques really helped during labour and made it a great experience. We are delighted with our beautiful little girl Ella and looking forward to the baby massage sessions in May! Thanks for everything Khim! x

We attended the extremely convenient after work sessions on Fridays during March 08.
The sessions were informative, relaxed and fun. One of the main focuses was to take fear away from the birthing experience and I can honestly say I am looking forward to the birth now. The sensible class size meant we were able to ask lots of questions, with time for detailed answers. Khim brought humour to the classes too.
A really enjoyable and worthwhile experience, money well spent

We attended Saturday ante-natal course in December. It was packed with useful information and various activitivities.
Relaxed atmosphere, nice people, snacks&drinks - simply a great day out for expecting parents.
Our son was born in February and we're looking forward to baby massage course.
