We attended Khim's one day intensive course which was packed full of information and lots of light-hearted activities and relaxed interaction. Khim was fantatstic and we felt really positive and prepared for all that is to come - Thanks so much!

We completed Khim's course last month and would thoroughly recommend it. The main thing I took from Khim's practical and professional advice was the confidence to question what was happening to me throughout my labour. You can't predict what is going to happen but, thanks to Khim's course, I felt as relaxed and prepared as I could under such circumstances!
