Thanks so much for the 5 sessions of practical advice and valuable information.
We now feel much better prepared for the birth and on what to expect.
You certainly made the classes warm and relaxed as well as educational, and as a result we now feel more confident about being parents for the first time.
Many thanks - looking forward to bringing 'Baby G' to the massage classes!

Thank you so much Khim for the teaching, support and advice during the antenatal classes.
We found it very educational and very useful for the preparation for birth and looking after a newborn.
The way you involve the 'dads' is great and really helped us as a couple discuss important issues after each session.
We both have stressful jobs and therefore the relaxation and breathing techniques are really useful.
We just have to put all of it into practice now!!!

Thank you for your advice and help at the Ante Natal classes. The course has helped us focus on what to expect on ‘delivery day’ and how to prepare for the arrival of our twins. The relaxation and massage techniques have been great and Neil loved the hands-on nappy demonstrations! Looking forward to watching him put his new skills to practice with two squirming new-borns!

We have just completed Khim's active birth classes and found them really excellent. Khim's hands on but relaxed style helped us to feel at ease and confident about the impending birth of our baby. On a recent hospital visit,we felt empowered enough to discuss our preferences with professionals - something we know we were able to do as a result of the classes. We were also able to meet other couples and already the messages and support have been invaluable. Thanks Khim!!!!!

We have just completed the activebirth educators ante-natal classes and found them to be extremely informative and fun! You can read all you want in the books but I found the classes to be much more useful, in terms of remember key facts, empowering you for the labour and visualising the delivery. We also met some brilliant couples that live locally, which will be great to share experiences with both pre and post birth. Thanks Kim!
