The aim of the course is:

To empower the mothers and partners with knowledge and skills to feel confident in their ability to birth and be loving parents.

The sessions are informal, relaxed and interactive. Participation is encouraged to build confidence for the mother and partner so they can apply their knowledge and manage their birth experience.

The course covers a variety of topics to prepare you for the early days with your newborn baby, infant observations and communicating love through touch.

The courses are run on Saturdays or evenings to encourage partners / support persons to attend.
